    Outbound webhooks let you send webhooks to your own customers. Create applications, define event types (like "order.created" or "payment.completed"), and let your customers subscribe their endpoints to receive notifications. Includes label-based filtering so customers only get the events they care about. Available on all paid plans.
    Each delivery to a subscribed endpoint counts as one message. For example, if you send an event that has 50 active subscriptions, that counts as 50 deliveries toward your monthly limit. This ensures you only pay for actual webhook deliveries, not just the events you create. Retries do not count as additional deliveries.
    Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
    Yes, we offer annual billing with a 20% discount. Contact us at [email protected] to set up annual billing for any paid plan.
    We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed your monthly event quota, new webhooks will be rejected until you upgrade or your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle.
    Our Free plan is essentially a permanent free trial with 200 events/month. You can use it as long as you need to evaluate the platform before upgrading.
